"Game coverage was weak"
I was trying to follow the game, but they missed updates pretty much the whole time. It made it kind of frustrating to keep up with what was happening.

"Slow support and the usual policy excuses"
I reached out for help and ended up waiting days just to get a reply that didn’t really solve anything. What made it more frustrating was that they kept leaning on policy as the reason they couldn’t help, instead of actually trying to fix the issue. it felt like I was just being brushed off

"Works most days, but gets a little choppy"
I usually turn this on while I’m making dinner or half-watching with the dog on the couch, and most of the time the live stream works fine. The annoying part is that it’ll randomly freeze during games, usually right when something is actually happening. It’s not bad enough that I’d call it terrible, but it definitely gets irritating when you’re trying to follow along.

"Easy to use, but the info seemed off"
I checked herdzone.com for some game info, and while the site itself was easy to browse, a few of the details didn’t seem right. The times and stats didn’t match what I was seeing in other places, so I ended up double-checking everything on my own. It’s a decent-looking resource, but it would be a lot more helpful if the information stayed accurate.

I’ve bought tickets online plenty of times before, so I wasn’t expecting this to be such a hassle. The checkout kept failing over and over, and it got really frustrating after a while. Definitely not the smoothest experience.

"Something feels off on mobile"
I tried using the site on my phone it was a mess. The menus kept jumping around, pages took forever to load, and checking out was way harder than it should’ve been because I had to keep zooming in everywhere. It kind of made me wonder if the mobile version was even tested properly.

"Pretty easy to use, but a little clunky"
I spent some time on herdzone.com and it’s mostly fine to get around. The main pages were easy enough to find, but a few things felt kind of tucked away, and I ended up clicking around more than I thought I’d need to. It works, so it’s not a big issue, but it just doesn’t feel super smooth. If the menus were a bit clearer, I think it would be a lot better...
